Belt Clamps/Tensioners/Adjusters April 28, 2008

I need to made some clamps to hold the ends of the belts that drive the x and y axis. They not only hold the belts in place (provide tension), but must be adjustable to align the belt with the pulleys and also, in the case of the x-axis, adjust the 2 sides to each other. I have tried a few different configs, but this one is the choice so far. Notice the belt is aligned with the bolt that goes through the angle bracket so that when there is tension is all wanted to stay in a straight line.

Here is another picture with the tensioner tilted for visabilty:

The bracket and a few other things will be refined when I make the 5 additional copies needed.
